Attention all UtiliSphere Users. We will be applying critical fixes to the UtiliSphere system on Thursday, March 2, 2017. The update will begin at approximately 6:30pm and should be completed by 9:00pm. During this period of time UtiliSphere will not be available.

Users who have the Field Unit installed, you will be able to sync your information prior to the upgrade beginning, work the tickets using the field unit, and then the field unit can sync the updated information to the system once the upgrade is complete.

You may monitor http://status.sunshine811.com/ for information regarding the status of this upgrade. We will post updates here should the need arise.
